Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Wondershop, we put significant time, planning, materials, and preparation into every class, camp, and digital product we create. Please review our policies carefully before registering or making a purchase.

In-Person Classes & Camps

Because space is limited and materials are purchased in advance, the following cancellation policy applies to all in-person programs:

Camps

• Cancellations made 14 or more days before the camp start date are eligible for a refund minus a $25 processing fee.
• Cancellations made 7–13 days before the camp start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the camp start date or after camp has begun.

Monthly Classes

• Refunds may be requested prior to the first class meeting of the month.
• No refunds will be issued after the first class has taken place.
• In certain circumstances, account credit may be offered at Wondershop’s discretion.

Cancellations by Wondershop

If Wondershop must cancel a class or camp, participants will receive a full refund or account credit.

Heartland Charter School Families

For families using Heartland Charter School funds, Wondershop is reimbursed directly by Heartland Charter School. Families do not pay Wondershop directly.

Please note:

• Heartland Charter School does not issue refunds for approved purchases.
• Once a class, camp, or program has been approved and registered through Heartland, no refunds, credits, transfers, or cancellations will be available through Wondershop.

Families are responsible for understanding Heartland’s reimbursement and enrichment policies prior to registering.

Digital Products

All sales of digital products are final.

Wondershop does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

• Digital downloads
• Curriculum materials
• Printable resources
• Online content or memberships

If you experience a technical issue accessing purchased materials, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
